Talisman offers a complete solution to support all aspects of the recruitment process. Is is equally suitable for large or small recruitment agencies, or indeed any organisation involved in recruiting permanent or temporary staff.
It is modular so you can choose to have the Front, or Back Office, and which options or features to include, to tailor it to meet your needs. We also offer a full Back Office service to let you concentrate on the recruitment process and leave us to do the billing and payroll. Talisman is a paperless system so includes full document management so that any document produced or received (including photo's, etc) can be viewed on-screen and emailed or printed at any time.
You only need a standard MS Windows PC as Talisman runs on a hosted, enterprise level server at a Tier 1 supplier in Docklands.
