Back Office service - You do the selling and leave the rest to us!

We can offer a fully serviced back Office solution. You can choose to enter the timesheets, or we will do it for you, and then our skilled staff will take care of running your payroll(s), paying your contractors/staff through BACS and producing all your management reports. It can be surprisingly cost effective and lets you concentrate on your core activity, prospecting and filling vacancies. Consultancy: To look at your recruitment workflow and advise how it can be matched to the processes available using Talisman.

Data Conversion: We can convert your data from existing systems to import directly into Talisman. All data conversion is done on a day rate basis. Candidates can be set up by using the CV parsing to create the candidate record and attach the CV. This can be more cost effective, except where large volumes of candidates need converting.

Tailoring: Talisman is a highly flexible and configurable environment. Should requests for enhancement be received we will normally add these to features to include in the next release (normally 6-monthly). If they require major change or In the event of 'tweaking' to accommodate specific requirements, this will be charged at our normal programming day rate.

Training: The Talisman Front Office is very easy to use and as it was written specifically for (and with) recruiters it is very easy to use. We can provide training for individuals and groups either at your or our office in which event it is charged at our standard day rate for training plus (where applicable) recharge of out of pocket expenses (e.g. mileage).
