A comprehensive set of solutions to meet all requirements. In all methods timesheet data is entered against booking information. A booking can have multiple rates and for hourly, daily, weekly, 4-weekly or monthly paid contractors.
A booking is defined as a single person at a discrete client. A contractor can have multiple open bookings. The correct booking to enter the timesheet against can be found by contractor name or number, booking number, client or contact.
The timesheet image is captured and held against the timesheet entry so it can be printed or emailed with the associated invoice.
The available methods are:
1. Simple Timesheet entry
Very fast keyboard entry of timesheet data and image number.
2. Timesheet Entry from on-screen timesheet image
Timesheet images can be sent to the fax2mail service integrated into Talisman or emailed direct (for example to timesheet@company.com). They are then batched and entered from the onscreen image. The timesheet image can then be viewed from the candidate, job, booking or invoice record. If non-timesheet images are received (e.g. certificates of incorporation, invoices, etc) these can be rejected giving a reason and printed if required.
3. Timesheet Entry from spreadsheets
Timesheet data can be taken direct into Talisman from formatted spreadsheets. Note no timesheet image is available when using this method
4. ICR
Timesheets images received using fax2mail or sent to the timesheet email address can be automatically scanned and the data preloaded into the system. The timecard form, with the image, is then presented in a split screen format (as for method 2) for visual confirmation. This requires careful form design for the timesheet used with reference marks to facilitate accurate scanning.
5. Remote Timesheet Entry (Timesheet Extranet)
All participants are given an independent login. From this login the...
...Contractor can enter the hours worked direct onto an on-screen form. Can pick booking if more than one
...Client Contact1 validates the hours entered by contractor(s) in team and authorises or rejects
...Client2 has an aggregated view of client contacts in the teams below to approve authorisations or reject
...Consultant can view all 'their' client submissions
There are 5 authorisation levels that can be used. All authorisations take the form of electronic signatures. There are no paper timesheets.
Any, or all, of the above methods can be used
